CNC MACHINING
Our state-of-the-art CNC milling machines
guarantee uniformity and high quality finish on
all drilling, milling, and tapping processes. Our
machines are specially configured for plastic
materials. We work to your drawings.

SILK-SCREEN & TAMPO PRINTING
Control legends and logos can be printed on any
external surface. Depending upon the product and/or
location of the printing, we use either silk-screen or
tampo recess printing to achieve a high quality result.
We can print in your desired Pantone or RAL color,
or match to a sample you provide. We work to your
drawings, which must have clearly identified
reference edges for location of the printing.

COLOR CHANGES
We can supply most of our enclosures lacquered or
molded in your corporate colors.
For small batch quantities we can lacquer the cases
in your color using high performance acrylic
enamels, 1-K or 2-K. These enamels are specially
designed for plastics and provide a tough hard
wearing surface finish.
For quantities of 200 pieces or more, we can mold
the enclosures in your color. (RAL colors)

MATERIAL CHANGES
Many of our enclosures can be molded in alternative
materials. For example, materials of a higher fire
classification i.e. UL 94 V-0 instead of the standard
UL 94 HB material.

RFI/EMI SHIELDING SERVICE
We offer high performance shielding using the
aluminum metalization process.
ALUMINUM METALIZATION
Vacuum deposition of aluminum on the internal
surfaces of the enclosures, with a thickness of
approx. 2.5µm. This process guarantees a high
level of adhesion and attenuation of 30-40dB
in the frequency range from 30 to 1,000 MHz.
