Enclosures for wrist straps or lanyards

Designing wearable and handheld electronics technology just got a whole lot easier – we’ve extended our ERGO-CASE range.

Now there’s a new XS size – 3.23″ (82) x 2.20″ (56) x 0.94″ (24) – so you can specify smaller handheld enclosures as standard. Every size of ERGO-CASE handheld enclosure comes in three types so you can choose between plain, wrist strap or lanyard fittings:

  • Type I – a three-part case with ABS top and base separated by a soft-touch gray TPE ring
  • Type II – similar to Type I but the TPE ring has a lanyard eyelet
  • Type III – the TPE ring has two lateral eyelets for a wrist strap (or so it can be worn on a belt).

All three types feature a recessed lid for mounting a membrane keypad or product label. Typical applications include security systems or medical devices.

Standard colors are Off White (RAL 9002) or Black (RAL 9005). There is also a huge range of custom shades. Accessories for ERGO-CASE plastic electronics enclosures include eyelets; lanyards; arm, hand and wrist straps; belt straps and clips; battery kits and an IP54 sealing kit.
