Ergonomic enclosures for point-of-sale electronics

Take a fresh look at our UNITEC sloping front enclosures – we’ve just launched a new S size. Actually, make that S sizes plural because these great point of sale enclosures come in four types (that include two different recess depths, 0.02” and 0.05”).

And those four types each offer a choice of three battery variants:
• 5 x 1.5V AA cells
• 3 x 1.5V AA cells
• no battery compartment.

So you’re looking at a choice of 12 S-sized (4.92″ x 6.96″ x 2.71″/0.86″) housings – plus another 12 for the existing M size (5.82″ x 8.26″ x 3.14″/0.98″). UNITEC plastic enclosures for electronics are aimed applications that involve face-to-face users, such as point of sale.

But don’t be surprised if you see them mounted on walls too. UNITEC’s distinctive wedge shape presents keypads at a comfortable, ergonomic angle. UNITEC ABS (UL 94 HB) enclosures are manufactured in Off White (RAL 9002) as standard. You can also choose from a huge range of custom colors.

Accessories include a wall-mounting kit, non-slip feet and PCB fixing screws.
